VeloStone™ brings the beauty of natural stone into a new, lightweight wall panel. We take real marble and slice it into thin layers, creating a stone sheet that’s effortless to work with.

Our Line Black Stone is sourced from quarries in India, featuring genuine marble patterns that make every sheet one of a kind. Lightweight, waterproof, and suitable for interiors or exteriors, it brings the magic of real stone into any home.

Natural Stone Construction

Please note each sheet is unique due to the natural variations in the stone.

✅ 1. Prepare the Surface

To ensure strong adhesion, the wall surface must be:

• Clean, dry, and free of dust, oils, or loose paint
• Flat and structurally sound
• Indoor walls: plasterboard, cement board, brick, or rendered surfaces
• Outdoor walls: concrete, brick, or masonry
  

Tip: Proper surface preparation is the most important step for a long-lasting VeloStone™ finish.

✅ 2. Plan & Dry-Lay Your Panels

Before applying adhesive:

• Lay out several VeloStone™ panels on the floor
• Mix panels from different boxes for natural colour variation
• Plan your layout and start from the bottom of the wall
• Ensure your first row is perfectly level
  

✅ 3. Use the Recommended Adhesive

For VeloStone panels, we recommend:

• T-Rex Floor & Wall adhesive suitable for both indoor and outdoor use.

How to apply it:

• Spread adhesive using a notched trowel on the back of the panel.
  

✅ 4. Install the Panels (Bottom Up)

• Start at the bottom corner of your wall
• Press each VeloStone™ panel firmly into the adhesive
• Tap lightly using a rubber mallet to bed it into place
• Maintain a staggered layout to avoid long vertical seams
• Always check your level as you go

VeloStone™ panels are designed for a tight, dry-stacked look—no grouting needed.

✅ 5. Cutting the Panels

If you need to trim pieces:

• Use a wet saw with a diamond blade for clean, precise cuts
• An angle grinder with a diamond blade also works for smaller adjustments
• Wear protective gear (mask, goggles, gloves)

✅ 6. Corners

If your VeloStone™ model includes corners:

• Install corner pieces first
• Alternate long/short sides for a natural stone look

If corner pieces are not supplied:

• You can miter-cut two panels at 45° to create a clean corner finish

✅ 7. Continue Up the Wall

• Work evenly across each row
• Mix panels to balance colour tones
• Check alignment frequently
• Remove any adhesive squeeze-out immediately
  

✅ 8. Optional: Seal the Panels

Sealing is recommended for:

• Kitchens
• Bathrooms
• Outdoor installations
• High-traffic or high-moisture areas

Use a penetrating stone sealer once the adhesive has fully cured (24–48 hours).

✅ 9. Cleaning

• Use a soft brush or damp sponge
• Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive scrubbing.

Note:

- When applying adhesive, ensure to remain 5mm from the edge of the sheet.

- Lay each sheet flat for 24 hours.
