How To Install Acoustic Wall Panels

Step 1: Measure the wall

Step 2: Mark the cutting
lines on the panel with a pencil and tape

Step 3: Measure and cut the
panels to fit the designated area using a fine tooth saw

Step 4: Smooth the edges of
the panels with sandpaper

Step 5: Attach the panel to
the wall and hold the panel in place on the wall

Step 6: Secure the panels
on the wall by drilling holes through the black felt into the wall

How To Install Marble Wall Panels

Step 1: Ensure that the wall is clean, dry,
and smooth. Remove any dust, dirt, or debris for better adhesion.

Step 2: Use a measuring tape to measure the
wall dimensions. Mark the measurements on the wall and on the panels, ensuring
you have enough panels to cover the entire area.

Step 3: Mark and Cut Panels: Use a pencil or marker to mark the necessary dimensions on the back of the PVC marble wall panels. Use a circular saw to carefully cut the panels along the marked lines.

Step 4: Dry fit the panels against the wall to ensure they fit properly before proceeding.

Step 5: Using a notched trowel, apply a thin,
even layer of adhesive to the wall, covering one section at a time.

Step 6: Position the First Panel: Begin at the bottom of the wall or at a corner. Carefully align the first panel, ensuring it's straight
and level.

Step 7: Press the panel firmly against the wall, applying gentle pressure to ensure it sticks well. You can use a level to check
that the panel is perfectly aligned.

Step 8: Repeat the process, applying
adhesive to the wall and attaching the next panel. Ensure each panel fits snugly
against the previous one.

    * Gap: Leave a two millimetre gap when cutting around
shower or bath fittings. This two millimetre gap will be filled with sealant.

Step 9: Trim and Adjust. Cut the Last Panel: If necessary, cut the last panel to
fit the remaining space. Measure carefully and make cuts as needed.

Step 10: Fit and Attach: Position the cut panel in place and
press it onto the wall, ensuring it fits properly.

Step 11: Apply Sealant. Once all panels are installed, use silicone along the edges of the panels to seal any gaps and ensure a neat
finish.

*Allow Time to Set: Allow the adhesive to fully dry for 24 hours before touching or placing heavy objects on the panels.
